- You people should have listened to me when I told you to stay away from

- Here's an interesting tidbit that I've read. Apparently, not all
- auto arbitration problems are handled by AAA. It is the arbitrator
- for Toyota, but the BBB (Better Business Bureau) is the arbitrator for
- Nissan and Honda.

- According to customer satisfaction surveys among the plaintiffs,
- BBB is more inclined to rule in favor of the plaintiff than AAA.
