- Its both...true and a joke. it is true, and the joke is on the
- owner.

- The Porsche 914 did the same thing. You inflated the spare to
- 43-44 psi to run the windshield washer. There was a limiting
- valve inline that kept the spare from going below about 25 psi.
- It had to be broken or your friend could not have flattened the
- spare.

- The high pressure washer fluid ran thru really thin hose up to
- the washer lever. When that hose got a bit old and week, it blew
- up and sprays washer fluid all over the inside of your dash and
