- Hi -
-
- I was hoping there was a rec.trucks or 4x4s, but I have not found one
- on my network. Perhaps, you could all help me on this news channel.....
-
- I am interested in purchasing a 70s model International Scout,
- or Toyota Land Cruiser, or Land Rover. In particular, I am very
- interested to the International Scout. I have heard that of those
- three, the Scout tends to have a solid everything but body (which
- tends to rust. That's no problem for me.).
-
- I was wondering if anyone knew anything about these trucks in terms
- of quality, reliability, ease of parts, maintenances, etc. In specific,
- since I like the Scout, advice on that one would be helpful. I live
- in the greater Boston area, so if anyone knows of a helpful
- mechanic in that area very familiar with Scouts, I would consider
- using his services for annual work.
-
- Thank you. I realize I might be on the wrong channel for asking this
- question, but again, I could not find a rec.truck or similar.
-
- bye.
