  12.   A little while ago I asked for opinions (on behalf of some
  13. friends) on B&W speakers and alternatives in the $400-900 range.
  14. Rather than reprinting all of the replies I received, I'll
  15. summarize in tabular form.  I've listed the speaker maker, the
  16. model (when suggester was specific) and the number of votes it
  17. received.  The list is in alphabetical order (I hope :-).

  42.   I passed along all of the original messages to my friends
  43. who will continue to audition speakers (particularly those
  44. on this list).  It seems like Paradigm is definitely worth a
  45. listen judging from the conviction of those who recommended them.
  46. As an aside, I listened to the Definitive Technology DR7's and I
  47. really liked their sound (and their look).
  48.   I'm still open to suggestions, so if anyone wants to put in 
  49. their 2 cents, go for it (by email, preferably).  Thanks again.
