  17. just dandy.  I've had 8k s for 2 years now and I love 'em.  The highs are
  18. very clean, and they distribute the sound very well around the room.  You
  19. mentioned a 120wpc amp.  This is not good.  I overload my 130wpc amp all
  20. the time on transients.  Infinity wants 250wpc for the 8k s.  Does anybody
  21. know why?  I figure it's because there are 5 drivers in each channel and
  22. gobs of current is required.  Have fun and listen to them all before
  23. buying.
