- Just to add my $.02 here. I bought a pair of ES-102s a while back. They
- sounded fine for about a week. Returned 'em and got the 103s. These
- had better bass and lasted me for about 5 years. Now I've got a pair of
- RS-8k s. I love these pups. The highs are simply spendid with sound
- that covers the room. It is nice to have people come over and say that
- the sound doesn't 'come from a box' but instead 'from the whole corner over
- there.' I also love to have people bring over their speakers and A-B switch
- them. Not one (of 3) has left without a frown. One person in particular
- keeps asking me when I'm going to sell them to him cheap. Hmmm, these new
- Renaisance speakers look promising. I'm dreaming here, but those suckers
- have the planar mids too. Anybody have any?
