  33. While the erstwhile Tom Edison is know for having invented the
  34. phonograph, he did not invent the record.  His phonograph used
  35. cylinders.

  37. Emile Berliner invented the 'flat disk' as we know it today.   Tom sued
  38. Emile - and the battle went on for a couple of years, but when Emile
  39. won the suit, he named his record company after this victorious
  40. decision  - he call it Victor!    (Always kick a man when he's down, it
