- It is the same bill. I looked up the exact title of the bill and
- I incorrectly said it was the Home.... Sorry. In any case,
- the bill was passed and signed by Bush
- only a few weeks ago, so the article in Stereo Review was written at
- least a montrh or more before the bill became law. At this point in time,
- there isn't likely to be any additional legislation enacted until
- the new congress comes in in January.
