  30. It is the same bill.  I looked up the exact title of the bill and
  31. I incorrectly said it was the Home....  Sorry.  In any case,
  32. the bill was passed and signed by Bush
  33. only a few weeks ago, so the article in Stereo Review was written at
  34. least a montrh or more before the bill became law.  At this point in time,
  35. there isn't likely to be any additional legislation enacted until
  36. the new congress comes in in January.
