  28. plans are contingent on the passage of the Audio Home Recording Act
  29. by Congress and may be revised if the bill is not enacted by December."

  31. So I guess both MD and DCC is contingent on this bill.  Is the Audio Home
  32. Recording Act and the Home Recording Rights Act that you talk about
  33. the same?  It sounds like something new.
