- Any private organization/group has the right to limit its membership and
- structure in any stupid way they see fit, for whatever stupid reasons
- they belive in. Hence the word private.

- Conversly, a public group or organization(government, schools for example)
- do not have the right to limit membership/participation for ANY reason
- (excluding criminal/safety issues...) relating to personal belief. Being a
- member of the public in and of itself qualifies one to participate fully
- and equally in public structures.
