  11. After a year of my fiance trying to manage his allergies to my cats,
  12. we have decided to try to place them in a new loving home.  We are
  13. moving into an apartment in a few weeks because of the sale of our
  14. house, and feel that now is a good time to make the transition.

  16. We have two 2 year old medium haired cats, one brown tiger striped
  17. neutered male, and one spayed tortise shell female.  They are very
  18. compatible, but are not so attached that separate adoptions are not
  19. possible.  They have had excellent care, and I have all of their
  20. records.  The male is the ultimate lap cat, extremely loving and
  21. easily handled.  The female is a little more aloof, and loves attention
  22. too, just a little more on her own terms.

  24. They have been great pets - no neuroses, no scratching, and they are
  25. unbelievably quiet.  The male cat has never meowed, the female rarely,
  26. and very quietly.  They are the most low-maintaintence cats I've ever
  27. had, and have given us so much enjoyment.
