  12. I will transfer my membership in the East Side Athletic Club 
  13. over to you FREE. This is an excellent club, very clean and
  14. well kept up. (It is the same one shown on the Top Cops TV
  15. program.) You save the $100 regular initiation fee, then you
  16. pay only the monthly dues for individual membership.

  22. This membership does not include Racquetball, but it may
  23. be upgraded for that purpose.
