  17. It has prompted me to ask a couple of questions that I keep meaning to
  18. learn more about.

  20. 1) What are the legal requirements for bicycle lighting, and do they
  21. apply for the 30 minutes before sunset to 30 minutes after sunset?
  22.  
  23. 2) What lighting systems meet the legal requirements, are effective
  24. and aren't readily stolen from parked bicycles?
