- The software does have the ability to reserve books but it does have
- some serious operational problems which other libraries using it have
- experienced. The feature is currently being improved by the
- developers, hopefully it will be implemented here in the future. In
- the mean time the staff are there to serve.

- Sigh, technical feasibility is often not the issue, time and other
- resources are. How systems (I use "systems" in a wider sense than
- just computers) operate and are administered by people is usually, in
- my experience anyway, the greater challenge. I did see the smiley.

- improve the utilisation of the library's collection. Again I
- encourage you to direct such requests, comments, suggestions to the
