  12.   Beware of all dealings you may have with KENT B. BARCLAY, "musician's agent"
  13. with BLUE LEGION PRODUCTIONS, 8 Park Plaza, Suite 238, Box 722, Boston, MA.

  15.   As of October 12, 1992, KENT B. BARCLAY is in BREACH OF CONTRACT with 
  16. Jason Ott of Salem, NH.  Mr. Barclay has failed to return calls and/or comply
  17. with his written contract with Jason Ott to schedule recording time at 
  18. Newbury Sound, Boston by the end of said contract's term.

  20.   Mr. Ott is owed approximately $800.00 paid to Mr. Barclay as downpayment for
  21. said recording time to be scheduled prior to Oct 12, 1992 as per their written
  22. contract.

  24.   Please be aware of KENT B. BARCLAY'S "business practices", and avoid any and
  25. all dealings with him in the future.
