- I have a small problem with the IRS. They claim that I owe $45,000.00 +
- interest and assorted other charges in back taxes and penalties. I am just
- now getting to the federal tax court gaunlet and things will probably go in
- the favor of the IRS. My question is, Is it possible to declare bankruptcy
- (after the decision of course) to avoid the tax man? Any worthwhile
- suggestions would be appreciated.

- P.S It is a "civil" and not criminal case......
