  11. I have a small problem with the IRS. They claim that I owe $45,000.00 +
  12. interest and assorted other charges in back taxes and penalties. I am just
  13. now getting to the federal tax court gaunlet and things will probably go in
  14. the favor of the IRS. My question is, Is it possible to declare bankruptcy
  15. (after the decision of course) to avoid the tax man?  Any worthwhile
  16. suggestions would be appreciated.
