  57.     This matter comes before the Network upon alvin's motion to enter a  
  58. plea of not guilty and Request for Jury Trial, and the Net being no less poorly  
  59. advised than usually about the underlying facts and circumstances, now finds 
  60.     The Net has no subject matter jurisdiction over alleged criminal  
  61. conduct in Monterey County and therefore the filing is inappropriate.
  62.     It is therefore, ordered that the not guilty plea and Request for Jury  
  63. trial be, and hereby is, stricken.
  64.     Alvin is directed to file his motions with the appropriate court.
