- This matter comes before the Network upon alvin's motion to enter a
- plea of not guilty and Request for Jury Trial, and the Net being no less poorly
- advised than usually about the underlying facts and circumstances, now finds
- The Net has no subject matter jurisdiction over alleged criminal
- conduct in Monterey County and therefore the filing is inappropriate.
- It is therefore, ordered that the not guilty plea and Request for Jury
- trial be, and hereby is, stricken.
- Alvin is directed to file his motions with the appropriate court.
