  34.  Typical "it is not my fault" attitude from the rulers of Scopjie. They
  35. have alienated 3/4 of their neighbours with their attitudes (Greece
  36. over the "Macedonia" name issue, Albania over the mistreatement of
  37. Albanians, Bulgaria with claims of "Macedonians" in Bulgaria), and now
  38. they blame the UN for their predicament. Not only that, but they are
  39. asking for the UN to compensate them for their self-imposed crisis. What
  40. audacity!
