  20. become fully aquianted with the newly reauthorized Rehabiliation Act as
  21. passed by the Congress in Washington in the last days of its session
  22. prior to adjounment.  It is Public Law 102-569; and more information is
  23. available in Congressional Conference Report 102-973.
