  29. Hi Rosemary - your friend should be able to find out more information
  30. on this via his local Department of Human Services, Vocational
  31. Rehabilitation.  He would get all of the forms and information on how
  32. to apply for a Pell Grant from the VR Counselor.  You don't have to
  33. repay Pell Grants but you do have to maintain a good grade point while
  34. in school.
