- Thank you Gary.
-
- : I found your posting almost entirely content-free. All I got out of it
- : was that you want money for something. Doublespeak like "warriors
- : looking for angels" may be cute, but cute is not what attracts investors.
-
- : If you want results, post some real information. That's what people need
- : to make decisions.

- Bravo!

- One more note about classified ads in the Wall Street Journal -- the
- minimum space you can purchase is 7 agate lines. National distribution
- costs $58.60 per line, or $410.20. That's for one insertion. You can
- go with a much smaller distribution and pay less, or you can go all out
- and put your ad in the global edition for $67.72 per line, or $470.54.
-
- But then, you probably haven't invested hundreds of hours and hundreds
- of dollars learning how to make a classified ad work. (A humble guess)
-
- So you need someone who can make sure that your 7 line ad gives the
- most bang for the buck, because it's always easier to fail than
- succeed.
-
- BUT, many people have gotten money to fund projects from small ads in
- the WSJ. So it can be done. You just need to increase the probability
- of your success.
-
- Or you can take the longer route.
-
- I saw a book in the bookstore called something like "How to find
- and marry a rich spouse". Intrigued, I picked it up.
-
- It actually gave very good advice on how to meet that goal, starting
- with how to get in contact with such people, how to woo them, etc.
