  18.         I have found from personal experience on both sides of the
  19. yellow "Do Not Cross" tape that good press relations usually takes care
  20. of the other problems too.  It is when both sides get into pi***g
  21. matches that the problems occur.  If something is a consistent problem,
  22. have the top powers that be meet with their equal on the other side
  23. (Chief to Editor) and work it out.  Freelancing in this matter can be
  24. as
  25. harmful to all, too.
