- I have found from personal experience on both sides of the
- yellow "Do Not Cross" tape that good press relations usually takes care
- of the other problems too. It is when both sides get into pi***g
- matches that the problems occur. If something is a consistent problem,
- have the top powers that be meet with their equal on the other side
- (Chief to Editor) and work it out. Freelancing in this matter can be

- harmful to all, too.
