  22. You might be better off getting one of the Menu driven relational
  23. Database programs on the market. They are fairly simple to configure
  24. and
  25. you get exactly what you want in your record-keeping. Most of these
  26. have
  27. the ability to generate form letters and export merge file for the
  28. various word processing programs. The relational ones and share data
  29. between dbf files so you would only have to build one master file of
  30. you
  31. membership and link it to the ones you need for various record-keeping
  32. functions. A few are also quite inexpensive.
