- ||satisfy all the paperwork requirements of a V.F.D. It would need to

- ||rosters and be able to enter the calls and maintain equipment svcing
- dates
- ||and personnel training dates, mebbe even be able to generate your

- You might be better off getting one of the Menu driven relational
- Database programs on the market. They are fairly simple to configure
- and
- you get exactly what you want in your record-keeping. Most of these
- have
- the ability to generate form letters and export merge file for the
- various word processing programs. The relational ones and share data
- between dbf files so you would only have to build one master file of
- you
- membership and link it to the ones you need for various record-keeping
- functions. A few are also quite inexpensive.
