- Interesting thought, I was not aware of states requiring most services

- be ALS certified. TN, which has one of the most progressive EMS
- systems,
- along with CA and FL, has many EMS providers, and con services that are
- sctrictly BLS. I know that many states in the mid west still use
- hitops.
