  19. No offense, but the FM's 'assinine records' are more likely to save
  20. lives than any on-line hazmat foolishness for emergencies...  Unless
  21. your department is fully trained in hazmat work (First Responder
  22. Operational level *minimum*), you won't need any such service anyway.
