- Of course they have a right on the scene. They DO NOT however have a
- right to infringe on the patients right to privacy. Nor do the have a
- right to impede my ability to render proper care. I would include in
- this: Inserting themselves between myself and the patient to "get the
- shot" or putting a bright video light in my face thereby reducing my
- ability to even see a patient let alone treat them. When they do thing
- of this nature is when there getting booted in the ass>
