  14. Around here, " 99"  means officer in trouble, (fire or police as we use
  15. the same dispatcher).  Most times we use plain language to discribe the
  16. scene.  "Working fire", "Full arrest", "rollover with entrapment", etc.
  17. Although the police use the signal/code system more than we do in the
  18. fire/ems service.
