- Up here, (Brunswick, Ohio,USA) our firefighters/EMT personnel wear
- light blue shirts/dark blue pants while the officers wear white shirts
- and blue pants. EMS designations are done by labeling the EMS patch as
- intermediate and paramedic, the basic EMT has no other wording on
- his/her patch. Officers grade are done with our traditional bugle
- system, one bugle for Luietentant, two for Captain, three for assistant
- chief, and five for Chief. Our's is a forty man department, staffed by
- paid-on-call personnel. Hope this helps.
