- Yes, it started about 2 years ago (I've been with the department almost
- 11 years). Well, as I mentioned, we don't have a specific SOP on the
- physical fitness (though we probably will have soon). Right now, we are
- basically following the general guidelines of the NPFA 1500 (I can ask
- our training officer if you want/need the specifics of it...I don't have
- it offhand). The drug screen does have a SOP and I will get a copy of it
- (we are in the process of revamping ALL of our SOPs into new and more
- organized formats...that's why I can't quote these SOPs right now). But,
- I will try and find them and will try to mail/fax them to you if you'd
- like.
