  14. (Driver) makes some very good points. Like I said in an earlier
  15. post, I don't want to wear body armor under my turnout gear.
  16. Even if we mailed tickets to people after the fact, we'd still
  17. lose public favor, and with the politicians cutting FD budgets
  18. in spite of an increase in the number of fires, we don't need
  19. the bad press.
