  13. I've recently started looking for both a new TV and a new VCR.  The TV
  14. that I'm looking at is a 29" GoldStar for about $700 Cdn.  Does anyone
  15. have any experience with GoldStar, good or bad?  I haven't really heard
  16. much about them before now, though the TV looked fairly nice.

  18. For the VCR, I've got my eye on a Mitshubishi U56 which sells for around
  19. $450.  In terms of quality, I've heard Mitshubishi placed both near the
  20. top of the scale and near the bottom, so I don't know what to believe.
  21. If you've had a Mitshubishi for a long time, I'd appreciate hearing from
  22. you about durability.

  24. Any recommendations/warnings about other brands in the same sort of price
  25. range would be appreciated, too.
