  12. I have been using the PRO model for about two years and I am very
  13. happy that I bought it.  I use it regularly during the colder months,
  14. something I could never say about exercise bikes or any other exercise
  15. machine I have tried.  The action is very similar to cross-country skiing.
  16. The machine can be set to various levels for different degrees of
  17. exertion, and you will get a good workout.  I recommend it highly.
