  11. Earlier I bought a book of stamps, from which I used only one,
  12. and I stuck the remainder of the book in my slack's pocket.

  14. When I later took the book out of my pocket I discovered that most
  15. of them were _stuck_ together.

  17. This has never happened before (and I haven't wet my pants lately :) )
  18. so I'm not sure what I could do:
  19.     - Could I soak the entire book to loosen the stamps from each
  20.       other, let them dry, then reuse them (by glueing or taping
  21.       the back side of them to an envelope)?
  22.     - Does the post office let one exchange stamps like these
  23.       for usable ones?
