- That's right, but it should be emphasized that it's 3rd Street NW.
- In my previous followup I was thinking 3rd Street NE -- there's
- an on-ramp from there too, but you have to cross the entire
- Capitol Hill neighborhood to get to it. For somebody coming
- down the BW Parkway, the 3rd Street NW way is the best.
