  22. That's right, but it should be emphasized that it's 3rd Street NW.
  23. In my previous followup I was thinking 3rd Street NE -- there's
  24. an on-ramp from there too, but you have to cross the entire
  25. Capitol Hill neighborhood to get to it. For somebody coming
  26. down the BW Parkway, the 3rd Street NW way is the best.
