- It might be more efficient to go down 11th Street instead because
- you avoid going right through the congested Capitol Hill area.
- There are signs that point you across to the I-395 ramp.
- Another way besides NY Ave to reach 11th Street is to continue
- on Kenilworth at the south end of the BW parkway, then get off
- at East Capitol Street.
-
- There's one other way that I know as a resident of the area,
- and that's to get off Kenilworth at Burroughs and go south
- on Minnesota to Pennsylvania Ave. Then in Penn Ave to the
- easternmost on-ramp of I-395.
-
- At any rate, you have to go on surface streets at some point to
- go from BW Parkway to I-395, unless of course you elect to
- go around to the South Capitol Street bridge.
-
- Somebody with a lot of time to kill should do a system analysis
- of all these paths.
