  20. It might be more efficient to go down 11th Street instead because
  21. you avoid going right through the congested Capitol Hill area.
  22. There are signs that point you across to the I-395 ramp.
  23. Another way besides NY Ave to reach 11th Street is to continue
  24. on Kenilworth at the south end of the BW parkway, then get off
  25. at East Capitol Street.

  27. There's one other way that I know as a resident of the area,
  28. and that's to get off Kenilworth at Burroughs and go south
  29. on Minnesota to Pennsylvania Ave. Then in Penn Ave to the
  30. easternmost on-ramp of I-395.

  32. At any rate, you have to go on surface streets at some point to
  33. go from BW Parkway to I-395, unless of course you elect to
  34. go around to the South Capitol Street bridge.

  36. Somebody with a lot of time to kill should do a system analysis
  37. of all these paths.
