  13. Twice I have driven down to Washington DC from Baltimore
  14. on the Balt/Wash Parkway and attempted to get to I-395 to
  15. get to National Airport and failed. It seems that there is
  16. ONLY one exit to Pennsylvania Avenue and thats going EAST
  17. not WEST; further down I have never been able to find the
  18. signposts to I-395 in contrast to the indiactions on the
  19. usual maps which suggest that there is an exit....
  20.  
  21. So whats the correct exit to I-395 then????
