- I have a LaserDisk controlled by a signal from a parallel port.
- There is a special driver that controls the laser disk.
-
- The system works Under DOS, but does not work in dos Under unix
- (SCO 3.2.2, with dos merge).
-
- I issue the following command:
- dos +alp2
- and in config.sys I setup the driver.
- when dos boots it initializes the driver, but the program freezes (actually it
- goes to an infinite loop.
-
- My understanding is that the driver is time dependent.
-
- Does anyone have any idea how to solve this problem. Do I need to increase the
- interrupt level of the serial port, if so how can I do is without changing the
- dos driver
