  21. You already have the source and executable.  Use dialTBIT.

  23. Simply reset your modem to the Enhanced Command Mode.  You can let dialTBIT
  24. configure your modem for you (which would require you to set up a getty
  25. that cycles 19200-->2400-->1200-->300-->19200), or you can have dialTBIT
  26. configure the modem and then you can cu to the modem and type "ATS66=1"
  27. (which allows a fixed speed getty at 19200).
