  12. I am looking for code (including source) which does Gibbs sampling for
  13. variance components of one-way random effect model. Has anyone got this
  14. code for such analysis or is anyone aware of any public domain code for
  15. such analysis ? Preferably the code would be written in C or Fortran 77.
