  27. Yes and the name says exactly what it does: manage windows. It doesn't handle
  28. buttons, scroll bars, check boxes, pop-up menus, etc., etc. An OPEN LOOK app
  29. is still an OPEN LOOK app when run under Motif. After a few clicks, you have
  30. as many user interfaces as applications, except for the borders.
