  31. You have been misinformed.  IBM currently offers the product AIX/ESA, which
  32. can run natively on 370/ESA architecture, or second level on 370/ESA and
  33. 370/XA architecture.  The AIX/ESA product was made available to the public
  34. this past summer (6/92), and we (myself included) are hard at work with the
  35. follow-on release.  An IBM marketing or service representative could tell
  36. you exactly what model numbers of mainframe hardware are supported by the
  37. AIX/ESA product.
