  13. We are developing several FORTRAN applications for the RS/6000 using
  14. the XL Fortran V2 Compiler.  To execute these applications on a 
  15. workstation which does not have the compiler installed we have been
  16. using the XL Fortran Run-Time stuff.
  17.  
  18. I have several questions concerning the use of XL Fortran:
  19.  
  20. 1)  Can I statically link the run-time modules in on the machine
  21.     I develop and build these applications so that a Run-Time
  22.     license is not required on the machines I wish to execute them
  23.     on?
  24.  
  25. 2)  Assuming this is possible, can anyone give me an estimate on the
  26.     extra resources which  would be required (e.g. additional
  27.     memory requirements, etc.).

  29. Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.  Email responses
  30. would be preferred.
