  12. How do I set up a port for RTS/CTS flow control permanently ?

  14. I know about "stty add rts", but I can't add "add rts" to the
  15. run time settings in SMIT. 
  16.  
  17. I need hardware flow control to be set up for both incoming
  18. and outgoing calls.

  20. AIX is 3.1.5, 2006 fix.
  21. Modem is Telebit Trailblazer T2500.
  22. Serial line is on a 16-port concentrator.
