- The command "touch 02171425 filnam" does NOT set the modification
- time to 17-Feb 14:25, under AIX3.1.5. Also "cp -p fil1 fil2" does
- NOT preserve the modification time, i.e. fil2 is set to the current
- time, not the mod time of fil1. This makes the "touch" command useless.
