- I like to keep an eye on all the tapes that cross my path at work in
- case I find something I can use. In some cases I find someone sending
- us stuff on DC6150 or DC6250 tapes which I can use in my Archive 2150
- drive at home. Nothing like free media from the ignorant! :)
-
- What I want to know is: can I make use of a 3M DC615HC tape with my
- Archive 2150S tape drive. The tape says "IOTAMAT", but I don't recall
- seeing that on the DC6[12]50. Has anyone used these tapes reliably and
- if so, what is their capacity? I have used DC600A tapes before and got
- 120MB on them, but this is NOT highly recommended since it is putting
- the media past its certified limits of 60MB.
-
- Thanks.
