  14. I have tcsh installed on my next with an entry in /etc/shells
  15. Unfortunatly users cannot change their own shell (yet!?!?).  
  16. The problem I am having is when tcsh is the primary shell one cannot run
  17. remote shell (rsh, rlogin etc) commands.  Any fix to this?
