  21.     I don't have the definitive answer, by any means, but I've heard
  22. that ACAD11 wants total control over memory and has a real tough time
  23. if there's any conflict.  I have 2 486/33 systems from different mfgrs.
  24. On one, ACAD11 runs fine under QEMM386; on the other, it snails under
  25. either QEMM386 or DOS's HIMEM.SYS, but runs fine with neither.
  26.     I'm guessing you have HIMEM.SYS installed and have the same problem
  27. I have.  That's a real bummer, since without a high memory manager,
  28. all devices have to load low and eat up memory.
  29.     If you find a solution, or get good EMAIL responses, please share
  30. them with me.
