  11. I lost my ST1144A seagate manual, and when I tried to install a new
  12. CD-ROM into my PC, the CMOS setup reset itself. Now, I can't boot from my
  13. hard-disk.  Please help.

  16. Mine is a ST1144A seagate harddisk (125 Mb) and the BIOS is AMI.
  17. I need the following info in order to fix my hard-disk setup.

  20.    2) Cylinders
  21.    3) R/W Heads
  22.    4) Pcomp  (what this?? )
  23.    5) Wcomp  (what this?? )
  24.    6) Lcomp  (what this?? )
