  14. I just recently purchased a NEC 4FG 15" monitor and am running
  15. it with a Trident 8900 graphics card.

  17. I believe I either have a faulty monitor or a bad graphics card,
  18. OR they don't like each other.

  20. Sometimes, when the system is on.  The left 3" half of the screen 
  21. goes almost blury - there seems to be some sort of pulse where 
  22. the image (graphics or text) either phase in/out or up/down.  I'm
  23. not sure how to describe it, but it is noticeable if you look at
  24. it.  The other half is fine though.
