- I've been looking at the 386 and 486 models in the PS/1 line,
- with a leaning more towards the 486. Does anyone have opinions of
- or experiences with these models (e-mail preferred, and I'll
- summarize to the net if volume warrants)? Pointers to reviews
- that have been published?
-
- I have concerns about: the slow clock speed, 20 MHz; the number
- of expansion slots; the capacity of the power supply (which is
- difficult to determine from the specs, but _seems_ to be 65 watts);
- the lack of external processor cache. Otherwise, the package looks
- good for the price.
-
- Thanks for your input and insights.
